The Sabuku Difference...

Sabuku is all about the finest and freshest ingredients, meats & fish. Nothing but the highest quality is ever a consideration, nor is anything ever premade and/or precooked! Together with my talented Chef’s, we put quality of taste & presentation above all else!
In addition, my entire service team wants your dining experience at Sabuku to be a “great one,” and we strive every day to make that a reality, but if to YOU that means measuring it in minutes, then please let one of us know! Why?

We have over 70 rolls on our menu (plus many more not listed, and/or “specials”) with nearly half of them considered “customs,” each taking nearly 7-10 minutes to make, a few even longer! Also important here at Sabuku is your ability to customize, alter, make substitutions/changes to, any of our rolls, adding more complexity and time to make.

No other sushi restaurant I know goes to such lengths to make sure their offerings and creations are amazingly fresh, creative and taste exactly how you’d want them, but the trade off is time! It is not uncommon, even if we seem slow, to wait 10-20 minutes during the day, or up to 30 minutes or more if we’re busy in the evening, for your sushi orders!

I designed Sabuku with that “great sushi experience” in mind, and the efforts and resources we employ to do so, are often in direct contradiction to time as a consideration! So while I understand and value your time, Sabuku is NOT, and never will be, the place to expect to be in & out in “quickly!”

So please, sit back relax and enjoy all that is Sabuku! Don’t rush it. Order a few appetizers, sample our nice selection of sakes by trying a flight, or have a beer or two, and know that when your sushi does come to you, it’ll be of the highest quality, look “too good to eat,” taste amazing, and worth every minute you waited for it!
